Iznik Museum

Opened in 2022, the Iznik Archaeology Museum houses important artifacts representing Iznik’s historical legacy. At its entrance is a 235x300 cm Iznik tile panel produced by our company, featuring artistic depictions of the town’s cultural and historical symbols.

The design’s main theme is the olive tree, one of Iznik’s iconic emblems. At its roots are motifs of the peacock and the water of life, inspired by early Christian iconography. The border features the meander pattern, a motif frequently used in Roman art. The panel was designed by our artist Serap Ereyli.
