We begin production of Iznik Tiles by carefully combining high-quality quartz, clay, and natural minerals. This blend, crafted according to traditional recipes, forms the foundational building block that ensures the durability and longevity of our Iznik Tiles.

We process the prepared clay using traditional methods to transform it into Iznik Tile. We shape each piece with great care, carefully examining its surface for imperfections. We then dry it with appropriate heat and humidity to ensure its form and durability.

We cover the Iznik Tiles that we have shaped and dried with a special layer of primer. This process ensures that the surface becomes smooth and creates a suitable base for coloring. The primer we use has a special formula that has been used for centuries in traditional Iznik Tile production.

We decorate Iznik tiles that have gone through the first firing process with original patterns. Our muralists meticulously and artistically process traditional motifs and modern designs. The patterns made with fine brushes and specially developed color tones give the tiles a unique identity.

After completing the pattern application, we carefully coat the Iznik tiles with a protective glaze that smooths the surface and enhances durability. We then kiln them at approximately 900-950°C to lock in the colors and ensure the Iznik tiles' longevity.
