I confirm that I have read and understood the Information/Notification Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data prepared by MAVİ ÇİNİ, and that I have been informed about the purposes of processing my personal data as detailed in the Information Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data, the persons, companies, institutions and organizations to which it is transferred, the collection methods and legal grounds, my rights regarding the protection of my personal data, data security and my right to apply,

I ACCEPT WITH MY EXPLICIT CONSENT the preservation, processing and transfer of my Personal and Special Category Data for the performance of the contract, as explicitly stipulated by law, as necessary for MAVİ ÇİNİ to fulfill its legal obligations, and in accordance with the matters specified in the Information Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data.
