Dear Members and Visitors,
We, as Mavi Çini Seramik ve Turizm İşletmeciliği San Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“MAVİ ÇİNİ”), would like to inform you about our practices regarding the processing of your personal data and the personal data we process in our capacity as the “Data Controller” within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”).

1. Our Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data and the Personal Data We Process
Site/Mobile Application Use and Shopping (Shopping with or without membership)
• Your identity (name and surname), contact (e-mail address, telephone number, address) and customer transaction information (shopping date, time, amount, shopping content, installment information, payment method and payment details, campaign/discount/benefit information) for the purposes of carrying out the shopping process, order preparation, collection, packaging, delivery note preparation, shipping, updating delivery information, delivering your order to you, distinguishing your records that we create in our system from records belonging to other customers, carrying out post-sale operational transactions (exchange, return, product review, etc.), issuing expense slips when necessary, and sending you the e-invoice for your shopping.
• Your identity and billing information for the purpose of issuing an invoice, and if you are a taxpayer, some additional billing information (TC ID number, tax number, sole proprietorship information),
• If you wish to make your payment by credit card, your credit card information in order to receive payment (credit card information is transferred to the payment institution without being recorded by us),
• Your usage information regarding the Site and Mobile Application in order to detect and correct any technical/software errors and deficiencies encountered during your visit and use of the Site and Mobile Application,

MAVİ ÇİNİ Membership (Site/Mobile Application)
• Your identity (name and surname), contact information (e-mail address, telephone number) and password information for the purposes of carrying out membership transactions, fulfilling the requirements of the membership agreement we will conclude with you, logging in as a member, and providing membership information,
• When you want to make a purchase through the Site/Mobile Application as a member, your identity (name and surname) and contact information (phone number, e-mail address, delivery and billing address information) in order to enable you to make purchases using your member information without having to re-enter information for each purchase.
• Your shopping information (shopping date, time, quantity, shopping content, payment details) in order to provide you with the service of viewing your order history as a member,
• We collect your marketing information (date of birth, name, surname, e-mail address, province, district, address, approaches to notifications/surveys/offers/campaigns within the Site and Mobile Application, habits, favorites, likes, behaviors, preferences, search activities, segments, basket information, past purchases and the amount and content of these purchases, payment method, preferences and channels, bank information through which the payment was made, cookies) for the purposes of enabling you to benefit from membership programs, creating general or personalized campaigns, advantages, promotions, advertisements, organizing campaigns, contests, sweepstakes and other events, segmentation, reporting, profiling, marketing and analysis studies, performing advertisements and marketing/communication activities (notifications, pop-up displays, personalized offers, customization of user screens, advertising, searches, surveys, etc.) belonging to MAVİ ÇİNİ in the Mobile Application, Site or other 3rd party environments, improving the user experience on the Site and Mobile Application, and sending you catalogs, brochures, printed marketing materials. records, cookie and advertising identifier/ID information and device ID and IP, Mobile Application usage time and version information, communication preferences, browser information used, brand, model, technical feature and operating system information regarding the device used, operator information used/you use, survey responses, etc.).
Commercial Communications
If you give your explicit consent for commercial communication, we process your identity (name and surname) and contact information (phone number, e-mail address) for the purposes of conducting general or personalized campaigns, advantages, promotions, advertisements, information, marketing activities and commercial communication activities (SMS, e-mail, call, etc.) directed to you, and sending you invitations for campaigns, competitions, sweepstakes, invitations, openings and other events.
Customer Relations
When you contact us through our communication channels (call center, e-mail addresses, Mobile Application, Site, social media, complaint portals, etc.), we process your identity (name and surname), contact information (address, e-mail address, telephone number, social media account information), financial information (IBAN number for control and return transactions when necessary), customer transaction information (your requests and complaints, purchases, gift/discount/benefit usage) and, if necessary, legal transaction information in order to resolve your problems and complaints and to contact you regarding these when necessary.
Legal Processes and Internal Activities
We process your identity (name and surname, date of birth), contact information (telephone number, e-mail address, address), customer transaction information (shopping information, your feedback and related survey responses), invoice and transaction security (IP port information, log records regarding Site/Mobile Application usage and purchases, Membership, permission/explicit consent/contract approval within the scope of commercial communication and information updates), camera images and legal transaction information (correspondence and file information regarding dispute processes) in order to fulfill our obligations arising from the legislation, to fulfill our legal obligations towards authorized and authorized public institutions and organizations, to exercise all kinds of rights of litigation, response and objection against official institutions and organizations such as courts, enforcement offices and arbitration committees in case of disputes that may arise, to carry out negotiation and agreement processes regarding disputes, and to provide you with the necessary information if you request information from us in accordance with your rights.
We process your identity (name and surname), contact information (phone number, e-mail address, address), invoice, customer transaction (shopping information, your feedback and related survey responses), call center records, and transaction security information (log records regarding Site/Mobile Application usage and purchases, Membership, permission/explicit consent/contract approval within the scope of commercial communication and information updates) within the scope of internal audits, customer satisfaction studies, reporting on services, testing, development and improvement studies, and candidate identification studies for user tests (only for those who have given permission for commercial communication).
We process your identity (name and surname), contact information (phone, e-mail address, address), shopping and order information and transaction security information (IP address information, port information, connection details to the Site/Mobile Application, access dates) in order to prevent the use of the Mobile Application, Site and other MAVİ ÇİNİ systems in violation of membership agreements, legislation and morality, to detect suspicious transactions and illegal uses, and to perform blocking and unblocking operations.
Campaign and Event Processes
If you participate in campaigns, competitions, raffles and other events organized/announced by MAVİ ÇİNİ, we process your identity (name, surname) and contact information (phone number, e-mail address, address) data for the purposes of carrying out transactions related to the relevant event, concluding the events and sending you rewards and products when necessary.

2. To Whom and For What Purposes Your Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data;
• In order to receive product and service support on information technologies, marketing/advertising activities or consultancy that requires expertise, etc., MAVİ ÇİNİ may cooperate with our domestic and international suppliers (call center service, collecting and responding to requests and complaints from social media, software development and support service, advertising, digital marketing/advertising and analysis service and product support providers, agencies, publishers, electronic messaging service providers, server service, independent audit service providers, warehouse service providers, online survey service providers, disaster recovery service providers, database management and maintenance service, cargo and courier companies, printing houses and printed material sending services, legal and financial consultancy, etc. service providers, money and payment institutions, e-invoice and e-archive invoice service providers) or with foreign companies due to the servers of our domestic suppliers being located abroad.
• Our group companies to whom you have given permission for commercial communication with the group companies for the purposes of using common software and servers within the group companies, receiving analysis/marketing support services from the group companies, and also performing data enrichment/deduplication activities if you are a Member.
• With our business partners within the scope of activities related to increasing the visitor traffic on the Site and Mobile Application,
• With our business partners from whom you made the purchase, in order to complete the shopping, transmit and deliver the order, provide after-sales support services, and finalize your requests and complaints regarding the purchases you will make from our third party business partners who sell products at MAVİ ÇİNİ.
• With the payment institutions related to the relevant transaction, when necessary, for the purposes of monitoring and detecting suspicious transactions and preventing illegal transactions,
• To fulfill our obligations to provide information, documents and other related obligations to authorized and authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities and to exercise our legal rights such as the right to file a lawsuit and the right to reply, we share the information requested from us with these institutions, organizations and authorities.

To make your payment by credit card, if you register your credit card in the relevant area of the Site/Mobile Application, your credit card information is transferred directly to the institution that provides the relevant credit card information storage infrastructure, without being recorded by us, for the purpose of collecting payment. All credit card transactions and approvals made using your registered credit cards are processed online between you and the relevant bank or card institution, independently of us. Information such as credit card "password" is not visible or recorded by our company.

3. The method and legal basis for collecting your personal data
As MAVİ ÇİNİ or its suppliers, we collect your personal data by automatic means such as recording in our systems the information you share regarding your purchases or membership transactions through the Site or the Mobile Application and the information update transactions you make; recording in our systems the data obtained from the use of your fixed and mobile internet and communication devices and/or the Mobile Application; recording in our systems all kinds of shopping, collection, delivery, transaction, information and commercial communication preferences updates, survey filling, registration and behavioral transactions on the Site and the Mobile Application; recording the referral process made to the Site and the Mobile Application from our business partners' websites; recording the requests and complaints you send to us through communication channels (call center, Mobile Application, Site, our e-mail addresses, social media, complaint portals and other communication channels); recording your conversations with the call center; or by non-automatic means such as recording information/documents about you received from official institutions, organizations and judicial/administrative authorities.
As MAVİ ÇİNİ, we process your personal data as follows;
• Regarding the sales processes on the Site and Mobile Application, the legal reasons are “data processing is necessary for the establishment and execution of the contract”, “fulfillment of legal obligation” and “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller”;
• Your “explicit consent” to personal data processing processes within the scope of marketing, segmentation and analysis studies within the scope of your MAVİ ÇİNİ membership, and the legal reason of “necessity of processing personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract” regarding personal data processing processes within the scope of establishing your MAVİ ÇİNİ membership and fulfilling our obligations pursuant to the membership agreement,
• Your “explicit consent” regarding commercial communication activities,
• Detection and prevention of suspicious transactions related to the use of the Site and Mobile Application, and studies on operational processes, activity processes and customer relations processes, for the legal reason that "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller";
• The legal reason for our obligations arising from the legislation is “fulfillment of legal obligations” and “clearly prescribed by law” and
• Legal reasons for "data processing and transfer being necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of rights" in relation to legal disputes, investigations and other judicial/official processes.

You may refuse commercial electronic communications at any time and without giving any justification, and in cases where personal data is processed based on your explicit consent, you may stop personal data processing based on your explicit consent by withdrawing your explicit consent.
4. Storage Period of Personal Data
MAVİ ÇİNİ deletes, destroys, annihilates or anonymizes personal data as soon as the purpose of processing personal data is no longer available or the mandatory storage periods determined under the Laws and other relevant legislation expire.
5. Application Method
You may apply to us at any time regarding your rights stipulated in Article 11 of the Law regarding your personal data processed by MAVİ ÇİNİ. You can submit your applications by submitting an APPLICATION FORM to the address below of Mavi Çini Seramik ve Turizm İşletmeciliği San Tic. Ltd. Şti., as the Data Controller, or by sending an email from the email address registered in our system. (The relevant request must comply with the conditions set forth in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller.)

Express Consent Statement
Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, I declare that I have read and understood the above-mentioned Information Text and that I give my express consent to the processing, storage and, if necessary, transfer of my personal data to third parties at home and/or abroad, within the specified scope, purpose and legal reasons.
